Holloway Ward
Penn Road sits in the Holloway Ward. Due to recent ward boundary changes, Holloway has become geographically slightly smaller, as the concentration of residents has increased (a new neighbouring ward, "Laycock" has been created, taking small parts of surrounding wards).
