Penn Road Through the Seasons

Penn Road has its own kind of magic all year round. In spring, the trees burst into leaf and the Gardens come alive with colour — tulips, daffodils, and the first picnics of the year. Summer brings long evenings, chatter from the benches, and the sound of neighbours sharing food and laughter at the annual Penn Road Summer Party.

As autumn arrives, the leaves turn gold and drift down onto the pavements, giving the street that wonderful warm glow. Even in winter, when the trees are bare and the air is crisp, there’s still beauty to be found — from the twinkling lights of the Winter Gathering to the quiet calm of the Gardens after a frost or snowfall.

These are just a few favourite photos of Penn Road through the seasons — moments that capture the character and charm of our street in all kinds of weather.

If you’ve taken a photo you’d like to share, we’d love to include it! Please get in touch or send your pictures to the Residents’ Association, and we’ll keep adding to this gallery over time.
